Backed by more than 13 years of experience, Mary has served as Development and Construction Manager for projects of all sizes that encompass every aspect of development, land acquisition, logistics, marketing, leasing, construction oversight and property management. Her Construction Engineering Management background enables her to take a project from the master planning stage through cost estimation, bidding process/vendor selection, value engineering, scheduling, on-site construction management, and final close out.
Working with commercial brokers, architect and engineering firms, and real estate development companies, Mary brings her skills as a problem-solver to the table, spotting potential concerns and offering value engineering options that often avoid costly changes later. In addition to her industry knowledge and years of experience, Mary’s focused attention to detail keeps a watchful eye on the myriad of specifications present in any project, always working to maximize potential property value and the property’s usability for the owner.
